Jaipur is the business hub for Rajasthan's art and crafts. Many fairs and festivals, shopping carnivals, handicraft fairs are organized in Jaipur throughout the year. Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC), Jawahar Kala Kendra Jaipur, Rural and Urban Development Authority and some other government agencies also organize handicraft business fairs in Jaipur many times to preserve and promote the handicraft of Rajasthan.

जयपुर राजस्थान के शिल्प एवं कला के व्यापार का एक मुख्य केंद्र है. जयपुर में पूरे वर्ष कई प्रकार के मेले, उत्सव, शॉपिंग कार्निवाल, हस्तशिल्प मेले, ग्रामोद्योग मेले आदि का आयोजन होता रहता है. कई सरकारी संस्थाएं जैसे राजस्थान पर्यटन विभाग, जवाहर कला केंद्र, ग्रामीण एवं शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण आदि भी राजस्थान के शिल्प व कला को संरक्षण देने तथा राजस्थान के शिल्प एवं कला का प्रचार-प्रसार करने के लिये भी कई प्रकार के हस्तशिल्प मेलों आदि का आयोजन करते रहते हैं.
